Mega-popular chat app LINE is getting three new games, after NHN Japan launched five new titles just a few weeks ago. Needless to say, all of these are F2P and connect with LINE, i.e. allowing you to invite your friends from within the games.
The three games are all “casual” and have very weak social elements, but NHN Japan recently said that “truly social” games will follow next year. As usual, the company added these games to the “More” menu point of the chat app from where users can click through to the App Store or Google Play.
The third wave of titles added to the LINE Game platform consists of:
LINE Bubble (Bust A Move/Puzzle Bobble-like puzzle game by NHN)
LINE IceQPick (puzzle game by WeMade)
LINE Zookeeper (the LINE version of Kiteretsu’s puzzle game that has racked up 3 million downloads worldwide so far)
Some of these games might not be available in every country at this point, but they are all available in Japanese and English already.
