GREE just announced they will set up a booth at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), to be held in Los Angeles from June 5-7 this year.
It will be the first time for GREE to take part in the event, which is the world’s biggest of its kind.
The company is planning to showcase games and use the expo to promote their integrated, global GREE Platform – which is scheduled to go live between April and June this year. It’s unclear at this point how big the booth will be.
GREE is essentially replicating its PR strategy from last year, when the company successfully positioned itself (and social games in general) against video game makers at the Tokyo Game Show 2011.
