I am looking forward to speak at the so-called Startup Asia conference in Singapore next week, organized by Asian technology blog Penn Olson. What’s interesting about the event is that it is highly international, with Japan apparently sending the most foreign attendees (full list).
The event’s biggest sponsor is Japanese, too: GREE. Speakers include people from GREE, DeNA, Asian mobile gaming giant mig33, and a range of other Asian social gaming startups. Tickets for Start Up Asia are still available, it seems (February 2-3).
I myself will be, apart from moderating a panel discussion, speaking about the startup industry in Asia. For more information about this “coffee chat”, click through to Penn Olson’s article announcing it.
