Mixi has announced the acquisition of Naked Technology, a Tokyo-based mobile application development company. Naked Technology was founded in 2006 by a group of four engineers who are all graduates of the so-called MITOH program set up by the Japanese government to support outstanding engineers.
The company has developed various mobile apps in the past but is best known for its flagship product Colors, a mobile application management framework that’s cloud-based and supports feature phones as well as smartphones.
